    Bought a dishwasher bottom freezer refrigerator convection stove and an otr microwave. Paid for delivery installation and placement of the old fridge in my basement. When the installer arrived he informs me that he cannot install the dishwasher nor move the old fridge to the basement. After showing him the contract he agrees to move the fridge downstairs but still refuses to install the dishwasher until I have a plumber come out and replace the shutoff valve. Meanwhile they are unpacking the range and discover the top is dented he informs me to keep the damaged one and places an order... More...
